Role Overview
This position is responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple market segments through strategic customer engagement within an assigned territory. The role emphasizes relationship management, business expansion, and consistent market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and business expansion within an assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business success.
- Promote and sell company products and services while identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and customer acquisition activities.
- Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and understand business needs.
- Lead commercial negotiations and support customers through the sales process.
- Represent the company professionally in customer meetings and industry engagements.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity reports, and pipeline updates.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related commercial role.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and grow existing customer accounts.
- Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer records through CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing an assigned territory independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
