As a Global Compensations & Benefits Specialist you will be responsible for proposing, developing, and implementing organizational structure initiatives as well as compensation, benefits, and incentive programs that support the attraction, retention, and management of talent across the assigned countries and/or Business Units.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the implementation and updates of organizational structures, including roles, levels, and their attributes.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of job descriptions and profiles.
  • Conduct evaluations of new roles and/or changes to existing roles, based on organizational structure needs, to determine contribution level and global grade, and propose appropriate compensation.
  • Perform and/or support compensation analysis and management for managerial levels.
  • Support the analysis of market salary trends and benchmarks to maintain competitive salary structures and participate in market surveys as needed.
  • Coordinate the Annual Salary Review process with the HR Manager of the assigned country, ensuring alignment with global guidelines.
  • Execute strategic organizational projects that contribute to the company’s broader business strategies.
  • Coordinate and/or participate in system enhancements for relevant modules: Organizational Structure, Compensation, and Benefits.
  • Advise HR Business Partners on existing policies, variable compensation programs, and benefits.
  • Generate HR KPIs as requested (e.g., payroll costs, analytics) for assigned areas.
  • Support the definition and documentation of policies and templates for global governance in organizational design, compensation management, benefits, and variable compensation programs; coordinate and ensure their implementation.

Job's requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; Industrial Engineering or Finance backgrounds can be a good match.
  • Business level fluency in English.
  • 5+ years of experience in Organization and Compensations roles.
  • Compensation management previous experience with at least 2 or more countries (global or regional roles).
  • Previous experience in job evaluations.
  • Previous experience with market analysis for benefits and salaries.
  • Previous experience utilizing HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, WorkDay, etc)
