At Ruhrpumpen, a global leader in pumping solutions with operations in more than 35 countries, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Argentina.

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating projects from the moment the purchase order is received until the finished product is delivered to the customer. This role defines scope and strategies for manufacturing, purchasing, and communication to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, customer satisfaction, and company profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage industrial projects end-to-end, ensuring scope, cost, quality, and delivery.

  • Define strategies for manufacturing, purchasing, and communication.

  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company standards.

  • Drive customer satisfaction and project profitability.

Experience & Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Project (or similar) and advanced Excel.

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Written and spoken English (Intermediate–Advanced).

  • Interpretation of manufacturing drawings.

  • Knowledge of industrial processes.

  • Experience with management systems (SAP, Bejerman, etc.).

Requirements

  • Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, B.Sc. in Industrial Organization, Business Administration or similar.

  • Postgraduate in Project Management (CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum) – desirable.
