RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process for domestic and international positions.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for operational, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and administrative roles.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates based on position requirements.
  • Source and attract top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and headhunting strategies.
  • Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and provide timely follow-up throughout the selection process.
  • Verify employment references and review all required documentation for new hires.
  • Negotiate compensation offers in accordance with the company's compensation policies and salary structure.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, universities, and talent acquisition events.
  • Maintain close communication and collaboration with Human Resources teams across different business units to support global hiring needs.
  • Manage job requisitions in SuccessFactors, ensuring accurate documentation and proper tracking throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in internal and external audits related to recruitment and hiring processes, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 management systems.
  • Partner with managers and directors to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Prepare and monitor recruitment metrics and reports to ensure departmental objectives are achieved.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency (required).
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment and selection processes.
  • Knowledge of recruiting operational, technical, engineering, and administrative positions.
  • Experience using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other professional networking platforms.
  • Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
  • Knowledge of psychometric assessment administration and interpretation.
  • Ability to manage candidate databases and track recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and recruitment reporting.
