Position Title: Sales Account Manager - Industrial Products
Area: West Coast Region

Account Manager will be responsible for sales of Ruhrpumpen pumps and accessories to existing and new customers with a heavy focus on the chemical and general industries. Responsible to provide technical and commercial proposals to inquiries. Responsible to call on current customers in relation to their requirements and to call on prospective customers. Sell products and services to established customers. Identify and develop new customers and sales potentials. Must be able to negotiate orders which include technical, commercial and legal details to the mutual satisfaction of all parties. Must be able to visit customer locations to insure close and regular face to face contact. Must be able to identify, train and manage supplemental distribution.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
BSME (preferred) or Equivalent Pump Sales Experience
Industry Experience 5+years
Computer skills: MS Office
Ability to communicate ideas, concepts, solutions, customer pay-back at all levels of the customer’s organization at a high professional level. Ability to manage a sales territory, develop and execute individual business plans. Must have a good understanding of End-User Sales, Distribution Sales and at least 5 years of industry experience.
