Perform a wide variety of office administrative support by answering all incoming calls, book all new jobs in BaaN 6, create all job folders, organize and maintain accurate job records. Create job repair manuals, purchasing orders in BaaN 6 for all office supplies; prepare all AP and AR for RP Tulsa. In addition to having the ability to work on multiple projects and have the flexibility to change priorities, as business conditions require.

High School Diploma or Equivalent. 3 years Administrative/Clerical experience.
Working knowledge and use of current Microsoft Office products, Outlook, and Baan 6 and Adept. Good communication skills both written and oral are required. Able to complete multiple tasks concurrently and work in a fast paced environment while demonstrating skills for organization and time management. Work and participate in a dynamic team environment.
